Breakaway ;

November 21, 2017

You're 23. There are days in your life where you'll eventually feel lost - walking in circles and waking up in cycles. You wake up to a brand new day, half empty, to dedicate your time at work. And after that? What's next for you?

Everyone has a life, except you. You're just there. Existing. Co-existing as others live with another exciting new beginning.

You're there wishing to break the chain but don't know how to start, where to start.

But you know what?

That's the beauty of being lost - you'll have your time of silence and meditation. Indulge in that moment until you find yourself again - take on new hobbies or rekindle with the old one. Read a book, explore or try reaching out to old friends. Consume your time with the things you love and maybe for a moment you won't feel lonely anymore.
Relax.
Breathe.
You're only 23 and the whole world's waiting for you. It's just a season. Something's bound to end anyway, and so does that loneliness you feel inside. Listen to God as He tell you this.
Psalm 104:19 He made the moon to mark the seasons, and the sun knows when to go down
"We know that whatever comes to pass is part of God's will and always works out for our ultimate best (Rom 8:28). Whatever happens in the seasons of our lives, the glory that's going to be revealed to us someday will overshadow today's sorrows, as if they never happened (Rom 8:18)" -  Jack Wellman
